You may have noticed we’ve been spending a lot of time lately at our Uncle and Aunties home in Covina, CA. Roni had been working on a concept for a fall photo shoot; orchard, old truck, and barn. Their barn is about to be torn down for good. We’re sad but in the end, it’s actually a good thing. Like Bittersweet. Oh and our Auntie is a photog herself. She snapped this side view of us chatting it up above.
As we were working on Roni’s concepts, I scoped out this porch. Our Aunties front porch. Which we never use really because we usually enter from the back side of their property. But here it is, her sweet little porch.
We grabbed a vintage picnic basket I found at Savers for $5.99, gourds that Uncle Mike grew, a couple pumpkins Roni had and of course you know she brought me a Sunflower. If I were entertaining this Thanksgiving I would re-enact this set-up.
Really this post is about one porch, the one that made us FALL OVER. Thank You Auntie Therese and Uncle Mike for the best location to hang out and take a few photos at. We love you! – Roni* and T*
